Default noob help for i7-860 OC

hey guys, any tips or tricks for a noob such as myself to get my i7-860 to a stable daily build. (nothing crazy, around 3.6ghz is decent for a decent oc right?)

8 gigs DDR3 Dual Channel Memory 1333mhz
Noctura SE2 Heatsink

thanks guys, i tried a 200x18 setup which worked fine but i'm not sure if i should be upping the voltage or tweaking the ram settings which worked fine, comp started no problems just looking for some advice on what to do next.
