Default P6T i7 920 3.4GHz???

Well I am a bit new to overclocking, so I was wondering if someone can help me out with overclocking my i7 920 D0 Stepping CPU to 3.4 GHz on my Asus P6T (Regular Edition).

Thanks!

This is my post with my settings with the same board and chip as yourself:
Going to jump in: i7 upgrade suggestions appreciated

I am new to i7 OC as well, but the settings I listed worked for me first try. If anyone has some other settings that work, or have suggestions to improve those, please advise. Otherwise the settings in that post worked very well for me so far.
