My System Specs

Exclamation GA-no throttle
Hey guys, can any one here tell me wich is the option on the GA-ep45-UD3p to change for my CPU stop throttleling itself when not on load? I think its C.I.A.2 but even at 1.5Vcore when this option is on I can't go in windows so I hope itis not this one.

Ask for more if needed.
