I believe that covers everything. In half an hour I can double check and update anything that is wrong. Also, any ideas on why I have 2GB of RAM "Hardware Reserved"?

Now, if I use the system for gaming and photo/video editing, I will never actually use the 12GB will I? It's a toss up between the overclock and the RAM, and I'm having troubles deciding. If I do decide to keep the overclock, I will be selling the other 3 sticks of RAM.
12 gigs?
I don't game so I never will need that high a number but neither do you
better get rid of some
You won't be using all that

Intel HT Technology: Enabled - Try disabling HT. without HT I can hit 4.2ghz, 3.8 with it.

Channel Interleave Setting: AUTO - try 6 way
Rank Interleave Setting: AUTO - try 4 way

Also, any ideas on why I have 2GB of RAM "Hardware Reserved"?
This is why:

Memory LowGap: 2048MB - Set this to Auto.

DRAM Command Rate: 1N Set this to 2N

REF to ACT Delay (tRFC): AUTO Try 88 or 74

CPU VID Control: 1.26250 What is your cooling? Probably need around 1.3v
Vcore Droop Control: Disabled - Enable this
DRAM Bus Voltage: 1.620v I'd set this at 1.675 to 1.7

IOH/ICH 1.1V Voltage: 1.11v - Try 1.2v
IOH Analog Voltage: 1.10v - Try 1.2v
ICH 1.5 Voltage: 1.5v - Try 1.6v
ICH 1.05V Voltage: 1.05v - Try 1.2v

I'm not familiar with these but I bet they would help, anyone?
DIMM 1/2 DQ/DQSTB Bus VREF: -00.0%
DIMM 3/4 DQ/DQSTB Bus VREF: -00.0%
DIMM 5/6 DQ/DQSTB Bus VREF: -00.0%
ADDR/CMD VREF Control: Disabled
x DIMM 1/2 ADDR/CMD Bus VREF: 110
x DIMM 3/4 ADDR/CMD Bus VREF: 110
x DIMM 5/6 ADDR/CMD Bus VREF: 110

Once you get stable you can get this towards 200+
CPU Base Clock (BCLK): 185 Mhz

Anyone else have tips please contribute.

I know I know, but he's bought it, won't get nothing for it resale wise, so let's make it work.

I'd prefer to keep it for future use, maybe another computer (Heh, a core i7 HTPC. What a "unique" idea.) but if I can keep it in this one, all the better. So I've been messing with the settings, I flashed to a newer, beta BIOS, and that got rid of my Hardware Reserved RAM problem. I tried putting 4 sticks in (8GB) and it would crash booting into windows with 3.34GHz @ 1.38v. I've gotten it back up to 3.75GHz @ 1.315v with only the 3 sticks in.
