To answer ur question though, you're looking for an L6xx B or B2, and also prefferably for a L624/5/7/30/31 (b/b2) batch number wise.
Can you show a screenshot of CPU-z or something? Not to doubt you, but I have an E6300 and had a heck of a time retaining stable speeds at 3.4GHz with water cooling. You got some God-given chip sir.

I know! And he's offered it up for sale! Why are you selling it n-sanity?

Just found with the new version of CPU-Z that mine is, in fact, a revision B2- stepping 6, so it is from a good batch.

Is anyone up to date on good Conroe steppings? Has anyone notices a downward decline in the overclockability of them?

It seems like at first I was hearing about everyone getting at least 3.2GHz, but it seems that lately I'm hearing about more disappointing overclocks- Maybe they're just getting better at binning them or something.
