Default overclocking Striker Extreme 680i board

Hello I Am looking for some help on overclocking an Asus Striker Extreme 680i. I am running a E6600 @2.4GHZ, for ram I have 8gig of Mushkin XPS-6400 Ascent Extreme 4-4-4-12, and for a video card an eVGA GTS 250. I have never overclocked before and I need info on any and all Bois setups ie: FSB, Voltages, and multipler etc.... Can any one help? All I am looking to get out of my system is aroud 3.0Ghz but stable. Thanks
