Default Looking for an i7 blender benchmark

Hey everyone I am looking to see how long it takes to render a 150 frame fluid collision in blender as a quicktime @ 15fps in the h.264 codec on an i7 system. So it looks like the attached video video. If you want the .blend file so you just have to render it then ask. Just wondering because on my old Pentium D 945 it takes a good 30 minuets to render!
Attached Files
File Type: zip fluidcollision.zip.zip (1.41 MB, 61 views)

So is this file some sort of self-contained benchmark, you're saying?

Ah, so "Blender" is an actual program? I've never heard of it, I have no idea.

blender.org - Blender 2.49

Blender is great
I use it all the time.

You'll also need Python 2.5.2 to get all the scripts to work.
Python 2.5.2 Release

I'm pretty sure Blender will work without Python installed, but you won't be able to use some of the scripts and stuff.
I think you also need a version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable installed, but I forget which one exactly.

Hmmm. considering ive never usd Blender before perhaps you could re-send that project with the camera in the correct orientation (its a B****) and with the proper resolution set (400x300, as opposed to the 800x600 default). Throw me a bone and ill help ya... lol
