Default What is this button on the "Real Temp 3.00 " App mean?

As the title says. I just ran Real temp 3.00 for the first time and noticed the XS baench button at the bottom. What does it do when you click on it?
I did click it, And it said "Testing" for about 10 seconds then a little pop up came with some text.
but what is it testing for? Can anyone tell what this button does on this app.
And also what about "Distance to TJ Max" mean??
Thanx as always people?
