hmmm i believe 3.2ghz is stable (because i use occt and other many tasks at same time)

yep looks good, I see you got your ram multiplier at 2.4, making your ram run at 1104Mhz, so if your system goes unstable that might be one reason, other than that,



for 3.2Ghz you could prob use less volts. But hey good your system seems more stable now. Maybe try lowing your MCH, and CPU Termination volts now. And if its still stable, you can up the CPU multiplier, and if it goes unstable, the only thing it needs is CPU VCore volts

with 8x cpu multiplier and 1.3815v ( display as 1.36) is not stabled... so i jump to 1.4125 because 1.4065 is not stable... :\

it seems it stables since i am still running OCCT for 1 and 20 minutes... plus i use many applications (watch "stealthisfilm!" and etc)

i think i will try 1.4 to find out if its stable... if its stable then i will raise more fsb... maybe 1 or 2mhz... if its not stable then i will stop... its not bad...


yes i use 2.4x as 1104mhz... but i think i have 5-7-7-25 (not sure why but its auto) i will overclock it soon...

it seems too much... i will decease MCH to 1.32, cpu term to 1.34 and ram muliplier to 2x (920mhz)









those pictures are really odd... and occt's temperature is different than realtemp by 10'c.... if realtemp is reading as 10-on everything... for example 71-10 = 61'C =realtemp...

yes, but i feel its not right...

right now i use 1.34 for MCH, 1.34 for cpu term and use 1.4 for vcore...

i dont think lower ram multiplier will help very much... willn't it?

Getting a Q9550 would not change thwe world exept if you want to go up to 3.8 or more fast, and your board can handle it. Now I have something to tell you. I set my ram at the same speed has you ( we have pretty the same config ) and it was little unstable and finally it take under 2 hour my ram start to fail memtest. Now she is dead :( lol :) time for new one ( already receive, ordered yesterday thx NCIX. ) I try the same with my new G.skill more stable but little unstable again try to set ram at 5-5-5-15 1066 to seee if you can raise up little more. and keep a fan on you pC side to be sure of temp whe trying it, after it being stable remove the fan and look at the temp.
