My System Specs

Pc's been running smoothly at 3700MHz for about a day now and i just oc'd it some more to 3800MHz to see how it will fare.

Core v. is 1.58125 and under full load Vdroop is 1.488v.

Full load:
The hottest core is at around 66c with peaks at 68c.
Cpu case temp: 54c.
NB at 45c.
Room temp: 21.5c.
back fan exhaust temp: 30c.

Does all this look good?

I do not recommend doing this at all.

vdroop is perfectly acceptable and should be allowed to happen.
Absolutely without a doubt agree....their has been a little debate about running Boards "without VDroop", as in "pencil mod" or BIOS feature.....some have decided to keep VDroop for additional Voltage Spike protection. Not really sure just how much truth thier is to it...bit in many cases fellows are electing to keep it "enabled"..
