I don't know how well those overclock 8800GTS 640MB cards but my 320MB is at 675/1030. Runs perfectly stable and stays pretty cool too with the fan at 80%. Gets me 11761 in 3DMark06 in XP. In Vista x64 it's ~500 point drop.

I have a Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 3.6GHz, 2GB Corsair Dominator at 800MHz (1:1) 4-3-3-9-2T on a ASUS P5N-E SLI with the eVGA 8800GTS 320MB Superclocked Edition.

With the video card stock (576/850) it was around the 9000 mark.

Download Ntune or Riva Tuner. These programs will allow you to adjust the speed of the GPU and memory.

I would suggest you checkout nzone.com, they have all sorts of tutorials and whatnot.
