Default Need help getting my i7 920 stable with gigabyte ex58 extreme

I need help getting this stable. I had a Asus P6T Deluxe V2 which I fried and got this Gigabyte EX58 Extreme. I had my asus board stable at 3.8ghz with a 200 x 19 setting.
I'm having a hard time doing the same setting with the Extreme. Anybody got any ideas or advices?

On my motherboard my cpu overvoltage, northbridge overvoltage and memory overvoltage leds are on. My cpu led has a slight green and moderate yellow, nb has slight green and memory has slight green. Will this be okay for 24/7 use?

You're going to need to provide some concrete numbers before anyone can offer an educated opinion. And manufacturer ideas on acceptable voltage levels vary greatly. Some are excessively conservative, while others are nowhere near safe.

Read this guide: http://www.overclockers.com.au/files/Core%20i7%20920%20oc%204G%202008.12.12_(ENG).pdf Pretty good one for starters.

1.45 Vcore is not uncommon, my (once owned) 920 has seen folding temps of 70C+, and results will vary.
