Need Help With My Memory Timings: DDR3-1600 8-8-8-21

First off, does anyone have a Rampage II Extreme mobo, if so then you are the one who can tell me exactly what to do?!

I have G.Skill Pi Black DDR3-1600 8-8-8-21, I have managed only to get the BIOS and therefore the OS to recognize the DDR3-1600 -- as it was originally reporting it as DDR3-1333 -- however it turns out that the timings are showing up as 9-9-9-22; I need to change it so that it is actually 8-8-8-21...this is the reason I need someone who has the same exact mobo that I have as they'd be able to provide me the steps on what to do from first hand experience.

Thanks.

Set timings adjustment to manual, set sub-timings to 8-8-8-21. Adjust ram voltage per sticks requirement.
