My board, experienced tweaking and faster memory will get you there, but all at the cost of memory bandwidth.

50-61oC if thats at full load you've already maxed out the stock cooling. An aftermarket cooler like the TRUE would do the same or better at 4.0GHz+ with increased voltage.
