Default Multyplyer keeps changing..... WTF
Anyone have any reason why my Frequency keeps changin from a Multypliyer of 6 to 9 in Coretemp? Bios shows multyplyer of 9, but coretemp keeps switching back and forth from 6 to 9... Also Nvidia monitor should multyplyer of 6 aswell.....

so 1 minute i am running at 3401.38MHZ at 9, then it jumps down to 2267.59 at Multyplyer of 6.

time to reset the bios or what???

Could it be the intel core stepping thing? (sorry for how vague I am. lol)

You can disable it in the bios, basically it just slows down the cpu when it isnt under heavy load.
