Welcome to HWC :)

Well that's a Prime95 fail; did you start tweaking settings or is this at stock?
If anything is tweaked, return all settings to stock and try this again. Prime95 should be able to run for the entire lifetime of your components at stock. Remember that stock for you would mean every CPU setting is set to default / auto, but your VDIMM should be at its rated 2.1V, running at the rated DDR1066, 5-5-5-15.

How many DIMMS are you running? 4? I'd start my testing with Memtest86+ (stock CPU, RAM at the settings described by the manufacturer) to make sure your RAM is stable with all your DIMMs.

It's one thing to run stock, it's one thing to adjust the voltage based on the hardware requirements.

Raise the NB by 0.1V - you're running 4 ram sticks.
Adjust the ram voltage based on your sticks - it's written on them.

Then you may need to raise slightly the Vcore for the chip - sometimes it helps with stability.
