It's better to know the consequences of RAM overclocking first. Do not overvolt the RAM too much or let it overheat.
Go on the manufacturer's forums, there should be recommended timings. However if you want to push timings lower, you will have to do so manually, usually by 1 value at a time.
If that is all you know, you should not worry too much about it, as you probably won't notice any difference unless benchmarking.
