Default q9300 ocing

I have a P5Q-E mobo with q9300 4x1 OCZ DDR2 800, have it running at 3Ghz bus at 400, temps are fine but should I up the voltage on the cpu and memory?
Current readings:
CPU voltage at 1.296c, memory at 1.8c.
CPU temp at 22c, memory at 32c.

How long will Orthos/Prime95 run before failing? If it goes for 8 hours, you do not need to up any voltages.

I just started playing with the settings, havent tested it yet.
Just thought I needed to up the voltage on ram or cpu, I would like to reach 3.3Ghz but it wont load with bus at 450.

If you're in a hurry, put your CPU at 1.40v and your memory at 2.0-2.1V. Then see how high you can get your bus speed.

Personally, I'd take the time to creep up on it, bumping vCore one notch at a time, raising bus speed until it fails, bump and repeat. But put your mem at 2.0V anyway, you'll need that to overclock that ram probably.

Just make sure you don't reach 65c-70C.

Reached 3.3Ghz, CPU at 1.32V 19c, ram is at 2.2V 420 bus 36c.
Just played some l4d seems to be all stable, I dont know if should even bother going higher.
I was reading that my ram will go upto 2.2V so I thought to give it a shot.
While running Orhtos for 45 min my temps were: CPU 45c Mem 37c
I got some fans for my ram, I think it was a good investment.
