I've done all I could today, winning 10.3 pts using my laptop. Managed to snag a few awards too. But forget using my Quads - I don't have the exotic cooling, and the board vmods to raise their FSBs and play with the boys.

Personally I think they should have a separate section for extreme cooling.

Wow 3.0...you found a niche.

That is the trick if you are not into extreme overclocking. Find yourself a niche like 3.0 did with his laptop's E2300 processor and start belting out those points since there are so few other people benching that type of hardware.

You can also get points from regular cooling and newer hardware. I gained about 10 points last night just benching this E8400 on H20 for 2D last night.

Actually I CPU-Z'ed my T2300E last night (my lappy's CPU) and snagged 0.9 pt - and it's not overclocked... also I benched Wprime 1024M with my Quad at 3.7GHz and got rewarded with 2.9 pts, for a 5:55.770 time. Same Quad produced 1.7 pt with Wprime 32M (11.220 secs).

Bits and pieces, here and there... I just may try to oc my lappy, to gain a few more points... RMClock still works like it should? Any other software that could oc a lappy's CPU?
