Yep, prior to making the jump to XP the last OS I bought was DOS 6.2, and even that wasn't completely legal as I bought the upgrade version without anything to upgrade over. :)

Next time I do a big OS upgrade for the house I'm going to check out the business 3 license packs.

ya, i've reactivated windows xp many times (ive had it going on 3 seperate computers at once with the same key and they all validated properly)

But your right, its far to easy to crack xp. I lost my windows xp install disk and had to fix a computer, I downloaded an .ISO of windows xp home and it came with a cd key. I installed the copy of xp and out of curiosity i phoned in the cd key it came with and it worked and anyone that could run a p2p program and burn a cd could do this its unbelivable lol.

I have 3 copies of XP Home and every new install I have to call that stupid activation #. I have done it so many times I can do it pretty much in my sleep now through. I don't see there being any limit, just the calling is a PITA.

At least it's no hold time and 24/7, whoo hoo for call centers in India lol.
