Yeah, it doesn't really preserve the directory structure of the source, you're just recreating it. I don't remember exactly how it works, but it seems to me that you have the option of using previous settings and that there didn't seem to be an obvious way to set new settings to default. If you wanted to you could always just copy the proper format code to a text file and then cut/paste into the appropriate cell.

Preservation of the structure on re-creation was actually what I was looking for. This is working beautifully, thanks! Being able to convert large batches and then just cut/paste them onto the USB Key / Sansa = great. Going to throw some new stuff onto the clip and go for a run :).
