This is like talking religion on this type of forum.

I shall not reveal what I use and why for sake of arguments. :P

I use Firefox. I have basically always used it and I'm used to it, seeing no reason to switch.

I used to use Flashpeak Slimbrowser. Now I use Chrome. I like the synced accounts between the 3 computers on my desk.

Hmm that poll needs checkboxes rather than radio buttons:
  • IE: Microsoft web sites + Outlook.com, Financials and other places that I suspect to support IE first
  • Virtual Comodo Dragon in Private Browsing Mode: Facebook (after which I erase sandbox), Visiting "riskier" sites (tech site rumour mill, Bitcoin-related stuff, etc)
  • Firefox: Forums, general research
  • Chrome: Google Apps (essentially just an interface to Google)

Mostly Chrome. Like how it syncs all must stuff. And I use the extensions, ad blocker etc.
For the surveillance cameras at work I use Firefox - works better and leave them on a separate screen.
I.E. for sites that are not Chrome friendly - governments are awful for that. Canadian and Alberta Gov sites insist on IE for some pages to work properly.
And that on my desktop.
Not sure what the browser is called on my Android tablet. My Samsung Android phone (Note 3) uses Chrome and the other one. I choose Chrome usually if given the choice.

Yea, I just made the switch from Google Chrome to Firefox last night.

1. Adblock was giving me trouble in chrome.
2. My work allows firefox. So with the sync feature on Firefox my bookmarks will be at work and home.

Work: IE 8
Personal: Chrome

I like the idea of sandboxing stuff, but too much hassle. Though whenever my wife visits weird stuff, I see adverts for that stuff for weeks.
