Firefox. I tried chrome but the lack of a drop down list button for the search bar made it a no go.

I use IE mainly because it's the path of least resistance and unless I'm presented with a compelling reason to switch I'll stay with it.

That said... I've recently taken to having a chrome icon up on my desktop in order to do anything google admin related (google seems to be coding their webpages to leave important bits off of IE 11 screens) as well as (strangely enough) posts on this website which include embedded images. (For some reason IE messes up the formatting on all text after the image).

I use IE at work since some of the internet webpages only work or appear properly in IE
At home I use Chrome ever since I had a few issues with Firefox a while back and have been happy with Chrome ever since.

FireFox Nightly. I nuked Chrome after Google started ramming idiotic updates down my throat.

Firefox here but finding it a bit unstable. Not sure if it's due to 8.1 or not but it's definitely been worse since then. Tried out Chrome but just couldn't get it to how I like it.

Admit it; you are still using Netscape Navigator.

Chrome usually. For work, IE and Firefox.

Firefox here and have been for some time. One of my laptops I do run chrome on through...Mozilla started coming to a crawl or freezing on it about 6 months ago, and rather than troubleshoot I just put chrome on it.

I use Opera as my main browser, but will use Chrome or Firefox for the very occasional website that Opera has issues with. I honestly recommend giving it a try. It's got lots of handy little shorcuts that other browsers seem to miss, and the initial tutorial is pretty helpful. I like the way the tabs, downloads, and history buttons are quickly accesible, but don't take up any real screen real estate (like say ie taskbars), the speed dial page works well, has an integrated ad-block function (just right click on a page, hit 'block content' and you can choose what ad areas to nuke), and a bunch of other little features I like.

The only problem is there's a few sites that Opera doesn't like to play nice with or has features that get buggy (like Newegg's 'compare' functions). I know a lot of the perks of Opera can be tweaked into Firefox, but I prefer to just have them ready to go after install. I could see why some people prefer the mainstream browsers if you have a compatibility issue with a site you're accessing on a regular basis, but for me Opera's my preferred browser 98% of the time.
