You use IPMI. You'll need to install the IPMI software on the remote computer.

Mine will be a bit different as I use a Supermicro board. But after you've logged in with the IPMI software launch the iKVM viewer (or whatever it is called for Asus). Look through the menus until you find virtual media or similar. You should be able to mount an ISO this way. Just an FYI is is dreadfully slow to install compared to USB. Probably takes 4-5x as long.

You need to learn about this little chip... ASMB5-iKVM - Servers & Workstations - ASUS

Does wonders. Especially the web GUI - no installs, you need to log into the iKVM from a web page.
