Default Will i be able to run Cyberlink PowerDirector11

Will i be able to run PowerDirector 11 I looked up the spec requirements and it says require a Pentium 4 3.0 GHz which i know is lower grade than my CPU i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.3GHz but my core speed is 2.30 GHz and the Pentium is 3ghz so does that matter or not and if it does run will it be any good at rendering here are my specs thanks for reading.

Graphics Card: Geforce GT 630m
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
Memory: 8 GB RAM
Available OS Memory: 8088MB RAM
Page File: 4869MB used, 11302MB available
Windows Dir: C:\Windows
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Core speed means nothing when it comes to cpus
