That's my point. A powerful PC can do everything a tablet can and much more. Yet, a tablet may be a better solution for many people because they are inexpensive and intuitive.

ACDSee and the Pro version are marketed as applications to manage and edit photo collections. Pro is recognized as a competitor to Lightroom. An ACDSee review probably isn't going to reference Photoshop.
