What should I use
My pc D101GGC does not have a driver for windows 7 and windows 8 so which Xp should I use for better performance and graphics.

It's not a lame answer, it's a realistic answer. There's really only 1 XP you can use and it's the XP Pro 32bit edition. 64bit XP got very little driver support to start with so it's a non starter. You can switch to any flavor of Linux and see if it's any better but P4 these days are e-waste more or less. What do you mean by better performance and graphics anyway? What are your goals exactly?

have you actually tried win7 on that board? maybe drivers aren't provided because they're included in the OS already which is pretty typical with older hardware. I wouldn't expect it to be a speed demon by any means though....
