Default Ubuntu 12.04 opencl help!

Hello!

I am having trouble getting opencl to install on ubuntu 12.04.

I want to install the sdk v2.5, but running the regular installer it doesn't unpack the opencl tar and for the life of me i can't get opencl to work for sdk v2.5

Any help is greatly appreciated!

EDIT: I'm running a 6950 or it would be as easy as sudo apt-get install python-pyopencl !

I figured it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If anyone is mining with a 69xx series card make sure you:

-Download/install your fglrx drivers from the ubuntu software center
-reboot
-Activate the "experimental drivers"
-reboot
-download amd sdk 2.7, not 2.8, not 2.5 nor 2.4 nor 2.6, VERSION 2.7 ONLY
-Untar it, then (VERY IMPORTANT HERE) untar the two tar packages inside the main tar file. If you don't do this, the opencl won't install 100% of the time.
-Install sdk 2.7 from terminal
-Reboot

Then install all cgminer dependencies, sdl 5.0, and install/run cgminer as usual!
