Default how to enlarge task bar icons/fonts and favorites.

I have a 2 yr old compaq computer/windows 7. I would like to enlarge the size of favorites and top/bottom taskbar too. I have gone to google, and tried everything that was recommended, of course some of the posts are several years old, and the computers of today have different setups. So...anyone have the answer for me for my computer setup? Appreciate it!

Only thing I could see that may help you is:

Right-click taskbar -> Properties -> "Use Small Icons"

That's all I see with a quick check for settings.
