With file explorer, open two windows side by side, one window showing the directory containing mkWDclean/mkclean the other with the .mkv file you want to work on.
Pick up the .mkv file and drop it onto either mkWDclean/mkclean (mkWDclean remove the compression, mkclean deals with headers/cues)
A command line box will appear that goes through three stages and the resulting file will appear as clean.(your file name).mkv in the same directory as the original file
The command line box will disappear when finished
If this doesn't work the problem is something else
