Are there any Windows 7 tweaking tools available; one's that are good?

Tweaking as in what? Vlite works for windows 7 still IIRC.

Sorry forgot to specify; as in system tweaking not persé windows installation itself.

I disable Hibernation, SuperFetch, and Prefetch if I am using an SSD. Otherwise nothing.
