Id like to get a copy of windows 7 32 bit.

I have a CD key just need the softwhere.

You should be able to contact Microsoft and they'll send you a CD for a minimal fee.

Any other method is technically illegal and thus should not be discussed here.

Technically yes, but there's no official download link on the Microsoft website for that.
