My SEP11.5 AV Program Keep Catching Same Trojan.Gen.2

My Symantec Endpoint Protection continues to catch this file, APQ4BF4.tmp, on every startup. I tried scanning the entire computer and found no malwares, yet this thing continues to pop up. What can I do to completely remove this Trojan.Gen.2 file?

Here is the HiJackThis log;

Do a scan with Malwarebytes and see if it finds anything.

ipaine July 31, 2011 11:07 PM

As said before take a look with Malwarebytes. Also putting that drive into another machine as a second drive or booting into a rescue disk/ubuntu and then running something like Malwarebytes. And after that I highly recommend switching to something other than SEP. We used it at work and have switched in part due to its lousy performance. I still recommend Microsoft Security Essentials as from my experience it does a much better job then SEP.
