Default Cartoon type software?
Does anyone know if there is a plugin for Photo Shop or a standalone that you can take pictures of people and make them cartoonish?

I used Kai PowerTools for Photoshop. Is that what you are looking for? Kai Goo is alot of fun.

I had a program for this awhile back that let you do this and you could select how cartoonishy you wanted it and such, if I find it I'll let you know.
