Where do you guys get your windows icons from?

I don't mean ones that require stupid programs like IconPackager etc - just regular old icons.

I can google too, but it's hard sometimes to filter out all the spam and cookie websites out there from the legit sources.

Of course, I'd prefer free - although I understand the best ones are probably paid for ;/

I have tons of them that I have gotten for free, most of which I end up getting lead to from here:

I dunno, does it matter if they are pnd or ico? I can use either, no?

I usually search DeviantArt when I'm looking for icons, most of them are really high quality too.
