Macro or coppy to and alter file program

Hey guys, i would like to know if there is a program that can copy a list of information incrementally to a group of files in a system folder.
What i need specifically is a program that will replace information onto a group of Blank MP3's from a spreadsheet. Track no., artist, album, year, genere.

Kinda like;

MP3 folder-----PDF file
mp3-1 12345 12345
mp3-2 12345 12345
