I like MyDefrag (was known as JKDefrag), I also like to have spybot, and Tweaknow Winsecret to ''pimp''my windows a lil -.- As I hate to reinstall, I try to keep it as clean as possible.

Personally, I don't install an awful lot of extras outside of those required for OC.

CPU-Z
EVGA Precision
Motherboard monitoring software (just to compare recorded temps with coretemp/realtemp)
Coretemp / Realtemp (depending on intel/amd)
OCCT (medium range stress test)
Prime95 (8 hr+ stress test)
SuperPi (quick stability check)

After that, it's a few apps

OpenOffice
Paint.Net
FastStone Image Viewer (screen caps/resize)

And I've been leaning towards Microsoft Security Essentials lately just because it's free and supported by Microsoft.

I've been using image resizer for resizing pics and I really like the newer MSE beta, but liked the old MSE to though.

consider 7zip over winrar, no nagging register screens, it's a thinner applet, and comes in 64 bit flavor
