Update error code 8000ffff - unknown error
 

I noticed a week ago I couldnt update the latest patches for my Server 2008. I keep on receiving a code error 8000ffff. I cannot find a single solution for it other than it apply for vista. My last update went fine. From then till now the only change I made was adding "Grant Admin Full Control". I have since removed it by deleting its registries.

Would have have hinder the affects of my update? Maybe I deleted something that wasnt suppose to be deleted?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks jay51. Ill give it a shot when i get home from work. Hopefully it will solve my issue.
