Holy crap, I'm getting more... colorful ways of eliminating my problem, then legal ways. this is Hardware Canucks... isn't it? lol. and yeh, it is low. thats why i need proof. and according to law, I need ta give him 30 days notice of eviction. unless I have just cause ;)

Could you just set up a camera to record onto a tape? Why does it need to stream to a PC?

Bam. Thatshould do it. If not there are a few free solitions I tried a few years ago. Basically google webcam motion, you should be good to go on that.

Over Clocker,

Microsoft has a Power Toy that takes snap shots at intervals, perhaps that is an option for you.

The download is here Microsoft PowerToys for Windows XP

You can select the frequency of the picture interval and save them to an apache web server to access anywhere or just view them when you get time to.
