Default Windows 7 Help

Whenever I play a game, windows disables my theme to a less graphical one. Is there any way to disable this?

You could just turn off aero all together.

When you finish the game, it should revert back to your original settings, no? It does for me with FSX.

Some games require disabling the transparency/3D effects in Windows when playing a game. That's just the way it is. Same thing goes for Remote Assistance.

Windows automatically disables Aero effects when you run a full-screen 3D app to improve performance. It's by design.
