Default This may be a incredibly stupid question but...

Does Windows 7 64bit support booting from a USB flash drive and running and a MS-DOS application?

Do you mean like booting into DOS from a USB stick?

If so then I would guess you would be out of luck as you are going to have issue with DOS being able to read the USB. A much easier way would be to either run DOSBOX or a VM with DOS loaded on it.

Edit Arinoth: Hacking of any sorts is not permitted discussion on the forums. With the latest XBL update any flash drive and a good number of usb external hard drives can now be formatted and used as storage devices (as if the standard xbox 360 hard drives). Write times to the flash drives are slower however write times to the usb hard drives are approximately the same amount of time as the xbox 360 hard drive. Read times are all the same across the three storage mediums

Not quite sure what your asking...

But maybe this is what you want? HOW TO: Making a USB Thumbdrive Bootable

That will let you boot from your USB and it'll load up DOS.
