Default Bit Defender Antivirus

Has anybody here used the new 2010 version of Bit Defender Antivirus? I'm using the 2009 version on my XP Pro 32 bit system and have for 2 years and it works great but the 2009 version is longer available. I want to upgrade to the 2010 on my XP system and put the 2010 version on my new Win 7 64 bit system but I'm concerned about what I've read. I don't mind paying for virus and malware protection and prefer an all inclusive program so most of the freebee programs aren't in the running. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Some of this stuff is scary! (for me anyway)
