Default Big 3850pcie 3D problems .

I've been fighting with this card, trying to get it to play Dirt. Win 7 32bit, x2 3600, 2x1GB, 3850 256MB, 1x 80GB seagate, sparkle 400w tried 850w ocz also. 2D just resets itself recovery message box pops up and alls fine for a feew days again .

Open dirt the screen goes black and nothing happens locks right up hit reset button. When it does start Go through the menu bit laggy get into game like a slide show 10-30 sec crash all black hear sound locking or looping and reset button time. Res was tried 1440x900 and a small compaq 17" crt, tried 9.12, 9.11 and 9.10 tried just display driver as well. Temps 31 c idle , load can't stay runing long enough. Also tried nfs undercover, ran smooth but crashed and took the sound with it.

Any ideas?
