Default Alcohol 120% + Vista = nasal congestion
Last night I tried to install Alcohol 120% Build 308 on my friends Vista laptop. It installed but not without giving me this unknown publisher junk. It still installed ok, but vista blocked the program for security reasons even though i trust the program. How do I unblock the program. He wants to use the program to exercise his fair use rights but mainly so he doesnt have to depend so much on his flaky cd drive.

Use Daemon tools. Much better than Alcohol, and it's 120% FREE.

Latest Alcohol 120% works fine here on Vista x64...

Version 1.9.6.5429.

but i dont have a key for that specific version. I have build 308 not build 5429.

/agree daemon works 100% with vista 64, just DL the right version.
