Default My first Win7 x64 BSOD

Recent fresh install of Win7 x64ULT on my new Vertex SSD..used all same programs-drivers as my prev backup Raptor HD.. RECENTLY getting BSOD when doing multi-task--intense programs ie PS CS4-DW..Installed 2x4G extra sticks of same brand memory a wk ago..was running perfect..Haven't updated any programs to my knowledge.. I'm "thinking" it could be a bad memory module..What's the best mem-tester for checking this?? I'll have to post a screenshot of the actual BSOD if it occurs again..

MemTest your modules. It will also help if you post all your parts in this rig.
