Windows 7 Auto-Refresh Problem

I got a problem with Windows 7 RC and Home Premium and Ultimate. Lately, when I create a new folder or rename a folder, the majority of the time I have to hit F5 in order to refresh the screen so I can see the new changes that's supposed to take place. I never had this problem before and I thought it'd go away after I formatted my Windows 7 RC and installed a RTM version. Unfortunately, that's not the case.

I haven't changed and folder options and I got no idea how to fix this. It's one of those things that can make doing things on the computer annoying. Any help is appreciated! Thanks.
