SP1 usually contains all the hotfixes and updates till the Sp1 release plus additional hotfixes, prorgam updates and etc.

Look how SP2 for XP changed and updated things like the Security center.

I was using the ones prior to the release of Bioshock... how much newer do you want? Theres only been 1 newer driver set since then.

But like I said Vista has to many headaches like Windows defender blocking startup things like rivatuner and not allow fan control in rivatuner.

SP 1 for Vista wont be like that, it's over 100 hotfixs and updates but nothing radical like SP2 for XP was.


Most ( if not all but dont quote me ) of the hotfixs are available via MS's site.
