I bought some stuff from Kijiji locally and I have never had an issue. Just make sure anything you buy is working before paying though...

The guy have a lot of CPU. he must have a good source of good CPU or defective one . Ask him if he can install it for you ( bring your case) ... you will end may be paying 10 to 20 more for something you will know it's working.

QX9650 is getting old tho....with latest processors and technology, this one doesnt worth much more IMO... and I would just go for a brand new Ci7 750 if I was to pay 260$ for a processor that is 2 years old. Sure it will cost more with new motherboard and ram, but it's brand new and has better performance, produce less heat, overclock better....it's simply better all the way (except for the wallet ^^_
