Default How do I sync do a thumb drive?
So I want to be able to sync the content of a folder to a thumb drive so that every time I make changes to location A it makes the same changes to location B. Is there any way to do this?

I downloaded SyncToy 2.1 but I can only get it to sync once a day which to me just makes it a backup - worse in fact because it won't sync files that are currently open. Are there any other options or am I doing it wrong?
