For those of use that are supposed to get the free upgrade

Hey guys, here's a noobish question
I bought my computer from NCIX that came with Vista, and I'm supposed to get an upgrade to Windows 7.

Problem is I have no idea where to get this. I called NCIX and they said the Microsoft website, but I go there and I don't really see information that helps me out with this.

Some help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

if it's a OEM Vista you have to deal with NCIX, if it's a retail box purchase after June 26 you look here

ahh so I do have to go to NCIX to get my copy, is that how it works?
Cause the guy on the phone said go to the MS website...

I think the NCIX forums would be a better place to post this than here. There staff members regularly frequent the forums. Oh and next time you have to spell it "for those of yous" not "for those of use" lol
